Join us in one of our beautiful waterfront condos and you are sure to enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing with all our property has to offer. Our secure building yields access to guest condos via the elevator or one of the two stairwells on either side of the building. Our heated pool is surrounded by a sundeck offering gas grills, lounge chairs, tables, and a tiki bar for use by all guests. Each guest room overlooks the scenic pool area and marina.

Whether you are interested in a 2 bedroom retreat or 4 bedroom penthouse, we can accommodate your party up to 12 guests. Each unit has central air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure you stay cool even in our hottest summer weather. Our units have anywhere from 2 or 4 bedrooms with 2 or 4 private bathrooms. Our two bedroom retreats are one level while our larger 4 bedroom penthouses span across two levels. Each of our 16 units features a private balcony with a waterfront view facing the poolside, docks, and marina. Our penthouses feature a private balcony on the second level overlooking the southern end of Key West with a breathtaking view of our famous Key West Sunsets. Each condo features a King bed in the master bedroom and two Queen beds in the remaining bedrooms. Each room has its own spacious walk-in closet equipped with iron and ironing board. All linens are provided for bed, bath, and beach use. The fully equipped kitchens in each condo yield standard appliances such as a microwave, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, and oven. A nice addition to the spacious kitchens is a 2-3 person breakfast bar, as well as a full dining with additional seating. Each bedroom and living room features cable television.

If you are traveling with your boat, each unit comes with a boat slip at our dock off the rear of the property. Our resort is boat accessible by power boats only. Sailboats are not accessible due to a fixed bridge at the entrance of the marina offering only an 18-foot clearance. Our private dock is equipped with individual boat slips accommodating vessels up to 35-feet long with a maximum 13-foot beam. Guests are encouraged to use our fish cleaning station and ice machine for your fishing needs. Clean your catch at our convenient fish cleaning station than take a few steps over to the open-air poolside grills to learn the meaning of fresh fish.

All guests have access to first come, first serve off street parking. However, our property cannot accommodate boat trailer parking. Arrangements can be made with the City of Key West Marina for trailer storage just across the bight.

Pelican Landing is situated on a marina where World-class fishing and scuba charters can be engaged. When you are done with your day on the water and want to enjoy the charms of Old Town and Duval Street, a quick bicycle ride is all it takes. Just across the street from our resort is Bayview Park, a city park with tennis and basketball courts, a softball field, children’s park and large open area for walking pets or having picnics.

Our resort enforces a minimum stay requirement on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season. Pelican Landing is not a party location and we prohibit any groups looking for a party environment. We are geared toward family groups, older couples, fishermen, and divers looking for a quiet relaxing trip to Paradise.
